Shirley Ann Cowher

Shirley Ann Cowher, 58, of Millmont entered into rest at 12:19 pm on September 10, 2019 at her residence.

Sis was born on August 9, 1961 in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late William C. and Catherine Martin. She is survived by her adoptive parents, Richard and Shirley Bartlett, of Danville.

She was a graduate of Mifflinburg High School class of 1981.

Sis worked in the dietary department of the former Laurelton Center, Harrisburg State Hospital, and finally retiring from Danville State Hospital.

She was a member of the West End Social Club.

Surviving in addition to her adoptive parents, is one daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Aaron Boop of Millmont, two grandchildren, Roman, Reece, three sisters and one-brother-in-law, Grace and Sam Condo of Port Matilda, Betty Frey of Millmont, Mary Bowes of Howard, and one brother, Charles Martin of State College.
