Ronald Wayne Davis

Ronald Wayne Davis, 84, of Sunbury entered into rest at 1:40 on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center.

He was born on February 14, 1934 in Hagerstown, MD, the son of the late Charles Emery and Katherine (Fitzgerald) Davis.

Ronald worked as a truck driver for Twin County Groceries in New Jersey.

He enjoyed watching westerns and NASCAR, napping, hunting, his dogs, and was an avid reader.

Surviving are five children, Frances Bucko of Bethlehem, Mary Mccoy of Shamokin, Thomas Davis of Berrysburg, Katherine Davis of Harrisburg, Madalene Masevicius of Sunbury, 20 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 3 great -great grandchildren, one brother, Ward M. Snyder of Raphine, Virginia, Brenda Fleshman of Buena Vista, Virginia .

A remembrance in honor of Mr. Davis with a full meal provided will be held from 12 to 3 pm on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018 at Packer House, 24 N 3rd Street, Sunbury.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Annabelle (Ploggler) Davis and then his second wife Kathy Fitzgerald Buckles, one son, David Davis, and a brother Mickey Snyder.
