Phyllis was a graduate of the Danville High School of 1945. During her life after her school years, she saw and attended many reunions with her classmates. She loved attending luncheons and hosting picnics to keep up with “the girls”.

She is survived by three children; James (Sharon) Lewis of Danville, Diane (Bob) Lanning of Berwick, and Craig Lewis of Danville, seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.

Phyllis enjoyed frequently visiting her and Harry’s home in Rehoboth Beach where they both loved eating Grotto’s Pizza “lightly baked”, playing cards when her cousin and husband would visit from New Jersey, visiting her niece and husband at their summer home in Avalon, solving crossword puzzles, and she very seldom missed an episode of The Golden Girls or Walker Texas Ranger.

Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
