New Berlin

Paul Yakubick of 200 Laura Lane, New Berlin passed away from this life on December 3, 2022. He was a founding member of the local Doom and Gloom club and as such he told his wife he would never live past the age of fifty. Paul graduated from Shamokin Area High School in 1973 and immediately followed his older brother Mike into the United States Marine Corp. He served from 1973 until 1977. After being discharged from the service he worked at USP Lewisburg and FCI Allenwood and retired after 25 years with many fond memories of the people he worked alongside.

He is predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Mary Ringes Yakubick, sister Nancy and father and mother-in-law Milo and Dorothy Frey. He is survived by his wife Kathy, brother Michael Yakubick and wife Alexis, sister Maryann Yakubick, brother-in-law Michael Frey and wife April and beloved dog ZuZu.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family and a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
