Melvin A. Litz

Melvin A. Litz Jr, 58, of Lewisburg entered into rest on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Riverwoods.

He was born on July 16, 1960 in Lock Haven, the son of the late Melvin A. Litz Sr and Sarah E. (Lynch) Litz.

Melvin was a graduate of Lock Haven High School class of 1978.

Melvin did construction work for most of his life.

He enjoyed playing bingo and cards with friends at the Heritage House.  He was a big sports fan and was an avid Yankees and Redskins fan.  Melvin was a foodie, and loved different types of food.

Surviving are one daughter, Nikki Litz of Beech Creek, one son Nathan Litz of Williamsport, one granddaughter, Ivy Patterson, three sisters, Margie Smith of Carlisle, Susan and  husband Tim Miller of Mill Hall, Debbie Litz of Carlisle, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A life celebration service to honor Melvin’s life will be held at a later time.
