Mary Jane (Eshleman) Ebersole

Mary Jane Ebersole, 78, of 1795 Kaiser Run Road, Millmont entered into rest on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center with her husband by her side.

She was born on July 28, 1940 in Hummelstown, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Hetrick) Eshleman.  On April 2, 1961 in Hummelstown, PA she married David Hess Ebersole, who survives.

She was a graduate of Hershey High School Class of 1957.

Mary was a homemaker and assisted her husband in the operation of the family farm.

She attended the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene.

Mary enjoyed listening to people, tending to her house plants and spending time with family; especially her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 57 years are one daughter, Diane M. Gearhart of Milton, one son and daughter-in-law, Daryl J. Ebersole and wife Vonda of Mt. Pleasant Mills, six grandchildren, Jasey and Christofer Gearhart, Faith, Talia, Rosanna, Seth Ebersole, one sister, Faye Weidman and husband David of Lebanon, two brothers, James Eshleman and wife Jannette of New Bloomfield, Joseph Eshleman and wife Jani of Pepperell, MA.

She was preceded in death by a son, David E. Ebersole.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 10 to 11 AM on Wednesday at the Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, 12 Market Street, Mifflinburg, where her funeral will be held at 11, with Pastor Wayne Krell, officiating.

Interment will be in the Mazeppa Union Cemetery.
