Mary Ann Bordwick

Mary Ann Bordwick, 88, of Lewisburg entered into rest at 2:50 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Geisinger Medical Center following a four and half year battle with Alzheimer's disease

Born on October 2, 1931 in New York City, a daughter of the late Gunvar and Vera (Kieruff) Johnson. On September 8, 1951, she married Roy Bordwick, who survives

Mary was a graduate of Tottenville High School, Staten Island, NY.

Following high school she received her dental assistant certification and worked at a dental office for year and half, she then began working on Wall Street as a administrative assistant. After the birth of Carl and Kirsten, she was a full time homemaker. Later, she would work as a Librarian at the Piscataway Public Library.

Mary enjoyed going to garage sales, and collecting Danish Christmas plates. Her collection included over 200 plates.

Surviving in addition to her husband is one son, Carl Bordwick of Mazeppa, and one daughter, Kirsten Bordwick and husband Robert Bolmarcich of Atlanta GA.

Services will be conducted privately at the discretion of the family.
