Marie Ellen Heeter, 73, of 278 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg entered into rest at 9:50 AM on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Evangelical Community Hospital.
She was born on August 8, 1942 in Lewisburg, the daughter of the late Arthur Clair and Helen Minerva (Walter) Brosius. On July 22, 1961, she married the former John Clinton Heeter, who passed away on February 6, 2006.
She had a loving family including, three children and their spouses: John C., II and Bobbie Jo Heeter of Mifflinburg, Michelle Marie and James S. Delosier of Mifflinburg, and Crystal Ann and Arlon E. Wallace of Mifflinburg, eight grandchildren: Jessica and Jake Heeter; Brian and wife Lacey, Tiffany, Jesse, and Brooke Deloiser; Sydney and Riley Wallace, and several great grandchildren. The last several years of her life she lived with her niece Janet Brosius.
In keeping with Marie’s wishes there will be no public services. She will be interred next to her husband in Troxelville Union Cemetery.
