Marcine Honore Moyer

Marcine Honore Moyer, 81, of Mifflinburg entered into rest at 2:03 am on January 12, 2020 at Evangelical Community Hospital.

She was born on August 6, 1938 in Minneapolis, MN, a daughter of the late Coleman Marcus Greene and Martha Kegel. On July 27, 1959, in Anchorage, AK, she married Dorland D. Moyer, who preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 1996.

Marcine worked for several local restaurants and retired from Carriage Corner Restaurant after 30 years of service.

She served many years with the Mifflinburg Hose Co. Ladies Auxiliary and as a EMT with the Mifflinburg Ambulance Association.

Marcine enjoyed playing cards, learning new things, and was an avid reader.

Surviving is one son, Christopher R. Moyer of Mifflinburg, eight grandchildren, Kyle Moyer, Adam Moyer, Elliott Moyer, Kimberly Moyer, Greer Stambaugh, Erika Moyer, Steven Moyer, River Moyer, and, 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Douglas and Robert Moyer, two daughters, Kimberly and Helena Moyer, one granddaughter, Addison Moyer, one brother, Patrick Greene, three sisters, Mary Willians, Barbara Zongas, Muriel Rita.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 10 to 11 am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Adamo's, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the service will be held at 11 am.

Interment will be conducted privately.
