Joann Ida (Arcara) Keller, 80, of Lewisburg entered into rest at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Milton Health and Rehabilitation.

Joann’s life began on January 20, 1937 in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (Aronica) Arcara.

She married her surviving life partner and constant companion, Kenneth L. Keller, on October 20, 1956, residing in Buffalo until a job transfer brought them to the Lewisburg/Milton area in 1982.

Remembering and missing their mom are Joann’s two sons, Leonard Keller of Sunbury, Kenneth Keller of Mifflinburg, and her daughter Jennifer Tull and son-in-law Thomas Tull of Lewisburg.

Her five grandsons, Joe and Amy Tull, Jan-Michael Tull and fiancée Jackie Platt, Carlton and Katie Tull, Jacob and Lindsey Tull, and Darren and Erica Tull, and great grandchildren, Landon, Lilia, and Lydia Tull are remembering the love and fun Nana brought into their lives.

Joann was predeceased by her only sibling, her sister, Carol (Arcara) Lattanzio Weller.  She had a special place in her heart for her sister’s children, Joseph Lattanzio, Robert Lattanzio, and Adrienne Faron.

She shared her life and love with many others, including brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Joann crocheted and gave the work of her hands to others, which was very fulfilling to her.  Her favorite time of the year was Christmas, the season of giving.

Her youthful appearance and loving heart will live on and will always be remembered.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of Milton Health and Rehab for your gracious and caring hearts over the past two years made our mother’s stay joyful and blessed, and a special thank you to Yvonne for her doting and loving heart and the smile that she brought to my mother every day.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Joann’s life at 11 am on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Dominick T. Adamo Funeral Home, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, with Pastor Larry Siikanen, officiating.
