Emma Zimmerman Nolt

Emma Zimmerman Nolt, 81, of Lewisburg, entered into rest at her residence at 10:25 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Born on April 23, 1943, in Terre Hill, PA, the daughter of the late Titus Z. and Lydia (Zimmerman) Weaver. On March 2, 1965, in Terre Hill, PA, she married Amos W. Nolt, who survives.

Emma was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Vicksburg Old Order Mennonite Church.

Surviving are in addition to her husband, Amos, are nine children and their spouses, Jason and Ella Zimmerman of Mifflinburg, Mark and Marian Martin of Shiloh, OH, John and Esther Nolt of Mifflinburg, Amos and Norma Nolt of Shiloh, OH, Jerry and Elva Martin of Lewisburg, Elton and Marie Nolt of Lewisburg, Alvin and Annie Nolt of Mifflinburg, Aaron and Rachel Nolt of Lewisburg, 58 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, two brothers and sisters-in-law, John Z and Barabara Weaver of Stevens, PA, Titus Z. and Martha Weaver of Terre Hill, PA, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret Z. Joseph Hoover of Mifflinburg, Esther Z. and Aaron Martin of Mohnton, PA, Ellen Z. and Norman Zimmerman of Penn Yan, NY, two sisters-in-law, Irene Weaver of Lewisburg, Vera Weaver of Penn Yan, NY.

She was preceded in death by a son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Edith Nolt, a grandson, Kaleb Aaron Nolt, and her two brothers, Aden Z. Weaver and Allen Z. Weaver.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, at the family home at 3703 Hoffa Mill Road, Lewisburg. The family service will be at 9 AM on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025. Further services will be held at 9:30 AM on Monday at the Vicksburg Old Order Mennonite Church, with Bishop Lloyd R. Zimmerman officiating.

Interment will be in the Vicksburg Old Order Mennonite Church Cemetery.
