E. Emma Wagner, 82, of Mifflinburg passed away at 11:03 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Rolling Hills Manor where she was patient since October 18, 2015.
She was born on September 14, 1933 in Mifflinburg, a daughter of the late Aaron and Edna Emma (Derr) Herman. On September 10, 1953, she married David L. Wagner who preceded her in death on July 16, 2015.
She was a graduate of Mifflinburg High School Class of 1951.
Emma was a homemaker and in earlier years worked as a part time bookkeeper.
She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mifflinburg and the Woman of the Moose, Mifflinburg, where she volunteered with their various projects.
She enjoyed playing cards and bowling.
Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Charles Bard of Liverpool, Druanne and John Tolochko of Boonton, NJ, five grandchildren, Sydney Bard, Tessa Bard, and Mollie Bard, Michelle Tolochko and Scott Tolochko, and two sisters, Helen Sampsell, and Caroline Herman both of Mifflinburg.
She was preceded in death by a son, David L. Wagner, Jr in 2005, and five siblings, Betty Jane Herman, Harry Herman, Reba Boyer, Aaron Herman, Jr, and Mildred Noll.
Private services will be conducted at Mifflinburg Cemetery.
