Donna M. Boob 74, of Northumberland, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at home.
She was born in Port Allegany, on September 23, 1939 to the late Herbert E. Tarbox and Hazel I. “Carl” Tarbox.
Mrs. Boob was employed with Geisinger Medical Center in the Medical Records department, and for H &R Block. She was a member of Sunbury Bible Church, and the Northumberland Grange.
Donna enjoyed Sewing, playing cards, camping, watching the deer in her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband William L. Boob and her brother Richard Tarbox.
Donna is survived by her daughters Christina Clark and husband Robert of West Virginia, and Tammy Young and her husband Wells of Northumberland, 3 grandchildren Hannah Wert and husband Gregory of Laurelton, Naomi Rosancrans and husband Jason of Troxelville, and Jonathan Clark of West Virginia, 2 great grandchildren Elijah Rosancrans of Troxelville and Ian Wert of Laurelton, one brother Gary Tarbox, and one sister Jean Seth both of Port Allegany.
Memorial services will be held Saturday 11am at Sunbury Bible Church, 135 Spruce Hollow Rd, Northumberland, with Elder Kermit Kohl officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am until time of service.
