Craig Alan Stumpff

Craig Alan Stumpff, 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center.

Born on September 1, 1958, in Lewistown, the son of Janice L. (Fultz) Stumpff of New Berlin and the late Raymond W. Stumpff. On July 25, 1981, in New Berlin, he married the former Constance Crook, who survived.

Craig graduated from Mifflinburg High School class of 1976 and received his Bachelor's degree in Behavior Science from Messiah College, graduating in 1981.

For 39 years, he was an assistant director and group therapist for the Community Services Group. During this time, he touched the lives of hundreds of individuals by providing knowledge, understanding, and compassion as they navigated their mental health recovery journeys.

He and his family sang in the gospel group Servants of God, singing at churches throughout the area; he played guitar and sang tenor.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife, Connie, one daughter and son-in-law, Janel Stumpff and James Anthony of Grove City, PA, and a son, Jared Stumpff of New Berlin, a brother and sister-in-law, Kurt and Michelle Stumpff of Mifflinburg. Also survived by a special cat, Buddy, and a dog, Toby.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 2-3 pm on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 3 pm with Pastor Alice Rauch of St. John's UCC Church in Lewisburg and Pastor Zachary Woods of Trinity Church in Winfield.

The interment will be in the New Berlin Cemetery.

In place of flowers, memorial contributions in Craig's memory may be sent to the New Berlin Fire Company or Geisinger Hospice.
