Clifford L. Boyer, Jr., 91, of Mifflinburg entered into rest at 10:35 pm on January 30, 2020 at ManorCare Sunbury.
Born on June 13, 1928 in Sunbury, a son of the late Clifford L. Boyer, Sr and Mary C. Snyder. On January 1, 1952, he married Margaret Walter, who pass away on December 25, 2019.
Cliff was a graduate of Mifflinburg High School class of 1947.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Cowen.
Following high school Cliff joined the United States Army, were he served until his retirement.
He enjoyed creating art, bowling, hunting, and fishing.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Clifford, III and Judy Boyer of Winchester, VA, two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca E. and Pastor Glen Souder of Milton, Linda and Alan Elliott of Mifflinburg,10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, one great great grandson, two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Shirley and Clarence Johnson of Lewisburg, and Roger and Miriam Walter of Mifflinburg.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Katrina Kline, one great grandchild,five sisters, and two brothers.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 1 to 2 pm on Wednesday, February, 5, 2020 at Adamo's, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be held at 2 pm, with the Rev. Paul L. Kampa, officiating.
Interment will be private in Mifflinburg Cemetery.
