Carolyn R. Seebold, 77, of Mifflinburg entered into rest on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at The Gatehouse Hospice, Williamsport.
Born on March 16, 1947 in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Paul R. Ernest and Catherine V. (Oberdorf) Ernest. On August 28,1971 at the Rooke Chapel at Bucknell University she married the former David D.Seebold, who passed away on July 8, 2008.
She graduated from Lewisburg High School and attended Bucknell University.
She worked many years in various secretarial and receptionist positions.
She also served as Limestone Tax Collector.
She was a member of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Avian Society, in her younger years she was active in the local 4H club.
She enjoyed horseback riding and showing horses, raising German Shepherds and exotic birds.
Surviving is one son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Andrea Seebold of Mifflinburg, 3 grandchildren, Garett Seebold, Kinley Seebold, Ashten Seebold, one brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Suzanne E. Ernest of Lenhartsville, PA, four nephews, Thomas (Karen) Ernest, Michael (Laurie) Ernest, James (Monica) Ernest, Jasane Castro and his companion, Kim.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation from 10 to 11 AM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Adamo Funeral Home, 16 Walnut Street, Mifflinburg where the memorial service will be held at 11.
