Carol Castle Bauer, 77, of Mifflinburg entered into rest at 01:00 PM on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on April 11, 1940 in Spencerport, NY, the daughter of the late Dr. Clarence Castle, DDS and Mildred (Scott) Castle. She was married to The Rev. Dr Alan L. Meyer, who preceded her in death.
Following high school she graduated from Eastman School of Dentistry.
Carol retired as a dental hygienist for Dr. Holmes, Mifflinburg
She was a wonderful organist having served at St. Johns United Church of Christ and Dreisbach United Church of Christ.
Carol was foodie who enjoyed cooking, entertaining, and doing crossword puzzles.
Surviving are two sons on one daughter-in-law, Chris and Karen Meyer of Milton, Jeffrey Meyer of Sunbury, and two daughters, Rebecca L. Meyer of Lewisburg, Elizabeth S. Meyer and companion Todd Erickson of New Orleans .
Interment will be in the Spencerport Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
