Beatrice Arlene Wenrick

Beatrice Arlene Wenrick, 91, of Lewisburg entered into rest on Tuesday, January 01, 2019 at Riverwoods.

She was born on June 28, 1926 in Kelly Township, a daughter of the late George and Hattie Mae (Yost) Diefenbach.  On January 20, 1946, she married William Edward Wenrick, who preceded her in death.

Beatrice was a graduate from Lewisburg High School.

Beatrice worked for the former Acme Grocery Store, in the deli and bakery departments in both the Watsontown and Lewisburg stores.

Beatrice was a member of Mazeppa Union Church.

She enjoyed collecting antiques.  Her and her husband also operated Wenrick’s Antiques from their home.

Surviving are one brother, George Diefenbach of Seattle WA, and one sister, Joyce Hackenburg of Lewisburg.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Baker, June Heiss.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 10 to 11 on Monday, January 7, 2018 at the Mazeppa Union Church, 3200 Johnson Mill Rd, Lewisburg, where the funeral will be held at 11, with Pastor Ricky Phillips, officiating.

Interment will be in the Lewisburg Cemetery.
